Elderberry Tea Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 oz Earth Mama Elderberry Immune Tea
- Blueberries
- 1/2 oz honey
- 1/2 lemon - juiced
- 1 oz coconut water
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: lemon wheel + thyme
Directions
Steep one elderberry tea bag in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Make sure the water comes to a full boil. Then, remove bag and let cool completely. Muddle together blueberries, honey and lemon juice. Grab your serving glass and add ice. Strain your muddled ingredients. Then add your elderberry tea, coconut water and sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh thyme!
Make it vegan by replacing the honey with agave nectar.
