Shipping & Returns
- Alaska, Hawaii and non-continental U.S. Territory shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Both UPS and USPS rates are shown when available.
- Orders going to P.O. boxes are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. APO, DPO and FPO also ship via United States Postal Service; rates are calculated during checkout.
- Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and may take up to 5 business days depending on proximity to Oregon (see map below). At our discretion, we may also send via United States Postal Service.
- Please note that transit timelines do not include the day of shipment.
- UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day paid shipping options are also available. Orders received after 11 a.m. Pacific Time will be sent the following business day. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
We will send an email with a tracking number to the address you provide to let you know when your products or gifts have been shipped. If you have an email filter, please add "any"@earthmama.com, and QuantumViewNotify@ups.com into your allowed senders email list so you will receive order confirmation and UPS tracking information.
Please be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, unless specifically requested. To ensure Saturday delivery, please call us to place your order, as our shopping cart is not set up to make those calculations.
Our shopping cart can only calculate shipping for orders shipped in the United States. Please call 503.607.0607 or email us here for for expedited orders to Alaska or Hawaii.
We use Secure Sockets Layer technology to protect all your sensitive ordering information (credit card number, phone numbers, etc.). All information is transferred in encrypted format.
We'll include a special Earth Mama gift card with your personal message — simply write your message in the order note box in the shopping cart.
If you finish processing your order and realize you forgot the gift card, or need to change the delivery address, or you’d like to add something, email here and if we haven't shipped it yet, we'll be very happy to fix it for you!
For gift orders we enclose only a packing list, without pricing information. If the billing address is different than the shipping address, we will assume your order is a gift, just in case.

Our Return/Exchange Policy
We pack our orders with love, nestling our happy-for-you-thoughts in with the recyclable packing materials. If something is wrong with your order, we want to know. And yes, we do understand that not every product is right for every mama. Chat with us or click here for some empathy and a return authorization. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box.) Our Order Mama will get back to you with instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.
UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price. Of course we will gladly pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Wholesale returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge on UNOPENED items in NEW condition.
To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns after 15 days.
