Organic Herbal Sitz Bath

$5.99

NEW NAME & LOOK! Earth Mama Angel Baby’s Postpartum Bath Herbs is now Earth Mama’s Organic Herbal Sitz Bath - same on the inside, fancy on the outside!

Take care “down there” with natural herbal compresses filled with organic herbs traditionally used to soothe and comfort “down there” during pregnancy or after childbirth. Packed in easy-to-use, individual herbal sachets, each one is perfect for one use. The compresses can be cooled and gently “tucked” to help ease those pretty places, or use the brewed infusion to make postpartum padsicles or use as a sitz bath. Which is kind of like making tea for your nethers. Which is a totally lovely and perfectly polite thing to do.

A QUICK HOW-TO

Lay herbal pad in a shallow bowl and cover with boiling water. Steep for approx. 5 min., and let cool. Very gently drain extra liquid from pad, leaving it moist but not soaking. Be gentle and don’t squeeze! The herbal pads are fragile and can burst. Cool in the fridge and gently apply moist pad directly to perineum. Ahhhhhhh.

But wait! Postpartum padsicles are a thing, and they’re great: get crafty and use the healing herbally goodness in another way. Save the remaining liquid, pour onto a regular postpartum pad, and freeze it for a clever little perineal ice pack. Trust us – it’s one of life’s secret little wins. Follow Earth Mama’s DIY steps here!

More herbs please!

My herbal bath after having my son was amazing. I had a couple stitches so I really wanted to continue healing and wanted herbals to help with it. These Postpartum herbs in my bath were amazing. I highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE these!

These have so many wonderful uses!! For a relaxing and healing post partum bath, as a post partum pad to soothe and heal and I also steeped mine like a tea bag then used the excess water to make extra post partum healing pads. I can't say enough wonderful things about them!

Postpartum Bath Herbs

I just had a natural, unmedicated birth 7 weeks ago today. Everyone still thinks I'm crazy for doing it. I've had people call me superwoman lol. But it was the best experience! I wouldn't have done it any other way! I used the Earth Mama Angel Baby bath herbs and they were great. Also used the spray. Hope everything goes well with your delivery! Don't listen to the nay-sayers. You can do it! 10-22-2015

Postpartum Bath Herbs

I used Postpartum Bath Herbs in a bath and tucked (like Tucks) and it got rid of my after-birth hemorrhoids in less than 24 hours! It's like magic! I recommend this to all my pregnant friends and told my midwives about it as well. For the bath, I just brewed and then poured all of the goodness and the bag of herbs into a bath, just a few inches deep and sat in it for 10-15 minutes. Then I used the same bag and "tucked" it. What I mean by tucked is: I tucked the pad around my hemorrhoids and left it there overnight (just like you would with a Tucks medicated pad). The next morning, all pain was gone as were almost all of the hemorrhoids! I was so relieved, as they were the worst pain for this (my third) birth. I plan on keeping a few in my medicine cabinet for all future returns of those painful terrors! Thanks Earth Mama Angel Baby! 10-22-2014

Postpartum Bath Herbs

I ordered the Postpartum Recovery Kit several months ago, and when my little one was born it was my life-saver. The Postpartum Bath Herbs made me feel soooo good. And I attribute my good mood to the Happy Mama Spray. I can only say that it was the best purchase I made for myself for one of the most important times in my life. I only wish I had known about your company before the birth of my first child, three years ago. Thank you for your commitment to natural and organic products. I would recommend the Postpartum Recovery Kit to anyone expecting. 5-17-2011
