Completely gel-free to help reduce the risk of burns, each tube is a clever spiral-shaped organic cotton shell, filled with organic flax seed.
When heated, Booby Tubes® deliver warm, moist heat to tender breasts and can help encourage milk flow, avoid clogged ducts, promote let-down, and comfort the symptoms of infection. Stored in the freezer, they offer cooling comfort, for help with reducing swelling, breast engorgement relief, and weaning.
Warm Booby Tubes® in your microwave for 20-40 seconds and apply as necessary. Or store in the freezer and wear them inside your bra between feedings.
Wipe the organic cotton with a damp cloth. Don't submerge them in water or put them in a washing machine because the organic flax seeds may sprout, and that’s not how we want you to get your veggies.

"I was drawn to the non-gel filling with organic flaxseed. They have such a calming scent once warmed up. Breastfeeding and pumping can cause some frustrating symptoms so I was looking for a product that can provide both warmth and cooling effects. They are super easy to throw in the freezer/microwave and insert into your bra after feeding or while wearing your pumps!"

"I love Earth Mama products by these weren’t for me. I was hoping these would live up to the hype, but unfortunately they did not. I bought them mainly for icing—and they do not get very cold at all, and they warm up so quickly that they do not assist with inflammation. A bag of frozen peas seems to work better for me personally. I used them for heat a couple of times and they were fine. Nothing to write home about."

"Definitely a great gift for a mama! I’ve used these when I had mastitis, after my little had a lip tie procedure and we were adjusting to nursing again. Warmed up and it was relieving, but also in the freezer helped. I honestly keep these in the freezer all the time and when my toddler has a boo boo, she knows these are perfect! They’re not as cold as gel packs, but still helps for bumps and bruises."

"I feel a lot better using these than the first ones I bought that had gel beads made from who knows what. I ordered a boob box and got these inside and they are AWESOME.
